Lovely cookies, lots of crunchy pistachios and a great texture! Will definitely be buying these again! I also brought the s'mores cookie sandwiches which unfortunately didn't fair well in the post, they were pretty smashed! If I'm honest I didn't like these half as much as the other items I've tried from Thomas Cookie, for me the cookie was too crumbly and the marshmallow way to chewy, the cookie completely fell to pieces everytime you take a bite, so super messy and hard to eat.
