Choose Your Preferred Delivery Date

With our date picker, you have the convenience of selecting the delivery date that works best for you.
To guarantee freshness, we bake and dispatch your order the day before your chosen delivery date.

Understanding Delivery Dates

We endeavour to meet your chosen delivery dates; however, it's important to note that no delivery service can guarantee 100% reliability due to dependencies on 3rd party postal services.
Royal Mail does an exceptional job, delivering 97% of our orders the next day, but there may occasionally be unforeseen delays beyond our control.
For those special occasions where timing is crucial, we recommend choosing a delivery date a few days in advance. Our products are made to order and remain fresh for well over a week upon arrival.

Baking and Delivery Schedule

During quieter months, we optimise our baking schedule to Tuesdays and Thursdays, meaning available delivery dates are limited to Wednesdays and Fridays each week.
The cut-off time for your preferred delivery date is 8 AM the day before (i.e. for Wednesday delivery date, cut off would be 8am Tuesday).

Shipping Service

All shipments are handled through Royal Mail Tracked 24 for reliable and quick delivery service.

Shipping Rates

In light of recent increases in shipping and packaging costs, we’re striving to absorb these hikes to prevent additional charges for our customers. Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders up to £25.00 will incur a flat shipping rate of £4.99.
- Orders exceeding £25.00 will enjoy FREE shipping within the UK.
