We bake and ship your order fresh, sending it out the day before your chosen delivery date. 📦✨

All orders are sent nationwide via Royal Mail Tracked 24, so it will arrive on your selected date — as long as there are no delays with the post.

Postage cost £3.99 and is FREE on orders over £30.

Getting your cookies to you in one piece is our number one priority. Over the past 8 years, we’ve tweaked and perfected our packaging to keep them as safe (and fresh!) as possible.

The cookies are heat-sealed for freshness, then packed in a lovely box with 100% biodegradable packing peanuts. ♻️✨

As hard as we try, our bakes are still a bit fragile — and sometimes the posties can be a little heavy-handed! So you might get the odd breakage… but don’t worry, they’ll still taste just as amazing. 🍪💛

Best enjoyed fresh! Your cookies are best before 4–5 days after delivery. 🍪✨

Store in a cool, dry place — or pop them in an airtight container for extra freshness.

Want to make them last longer? They’re freezable for up to 3 months — just defrost and enjoy!
